If you played the first game and if you did not, I have no idea why you would play The Walking Dead: Saints & Sinners - Chapter 2: Retribution first! Things are going to feel very familiar here, it feels more like an expansion than a full game if I am being honest. You get to make various decisions along the way and this was also in the first game, but here just like then, they do not feel as massive as I think they should. It does a fantastic job of making you feel like you are in a zombie apocalypse. As each day passes, things get tougher and items get scarcer. This ranges from doing the main story missions, taking on side quests, and gathering important resources. This is a very challenging game, The Walking Dead: Saints & Sinners - Chapter 2: Retribution like the first game only gives you so many hours each day to do what you need to do. It is fun stuff and a great continuation of the world that they built in the first game. We end up thrust into a major conflict with Mana and her tower and we agree to try and stop her and destroy this tower. Once again we play as “The Tourist” and while we are trying to help people survive in this dead version of New Orleans. To be fair, I think that the story The Walking Dead: Saints & Sinners - Chapter 2: Retribution is telling is great. At the end of the day, all I wanted was more of the same, but with a new story and while I got that, I also got some other stuff I did not care for. I have to say that the original game is one of my all time favorite VR experiences that I have ever had so right off the bat (or should I say Lucile?) this game had some very big shoes to fill.

The first game was amazing so I came into The Walking Dead: Saints & Sinners - Chapter 2: Retribution expecting great things.
